  • Need a new Credit Card

Because REI is taking side in the AR debate I need a good credit card that will pay rewards that matter to me.

I don't need air miles but 1-2 percent back on purchases would be great.

It would be great if Brownells had a card.

Anyone have a suggestion on what pays well to spend?

Beside it, the M1 looked like a fat old man puffing with a lack of training...the two most beautiful things made in America were the ax-handle and the clipper ship? ...they should have added one more thing: The Springfield '03 rifle..."

My cabelas visa has bought me plenty of gear, weapons and ammo in rewards. Iam happy with it. Pretty sure they support the 2nd

There is a Cabelas local to me. My last REI card purchase was there for 500 rds of 9mm.

Looking at the Citi 2% rewards card. 1% earned upon purchase and 1% earned on payment.

My credit score should give me lowest rate where ever I go.

The REI card was great because its under same bank as my mortgage, nice having both accounts on one web page.

The REI card generated $300/year for me with the dividend. Considered telling them I was going to dedicate my rewards and dividend to firearms purchases but they can eat a dick.

Navy Federal gives 1.5 percent back. I've been with them since it was pretty much mandatory back in the day if you didn't want to stand in line forever to get your paycheck cashed at 29 Palms. :-)
